About the event
A two hour class to DJ’ed world beats. This class will start with a long 45 minute somatic warm up to take us from slow and soft, to full bodied alive and from there 75 minutes for your own dance with minimal instruction. Music will start slow and then gather rhythm and expression.
All bodies are welcome.
Contact improvisation is welcome in the form of a fusion dance that works within the context of a somatic conscious dance space. Not everyone will want to dance contact so please be clear with yes’s and no’s and check out before jumping on someone.
